Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the jiliok website or mobile application. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the jiliok platform.

By registering on jiliok or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms. We strongly recommend reading them before creating your account for the first time.

Opening an account on jiliok is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

• Each individual is only allowed one You may open an account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number, and email address provided at registration must be your own.
• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Jiliok may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.
• Jiliok reserves the right to immediately terminate any account registered with false information.

The minimum age to register an account and play on jiliok 18 Years. No one under this age is permitted to use the platform.

• Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Jiliok may request a national ID or birth certificate at any time for the purpose of age verification.
• If a parent or guardian suspects that a minor is using the platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Jiliok accepts a variety of payment methods for deposits. Each method has its own minimum and maximum limits.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using third-party accounts or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, it may take 1–3 business days.
• Jiliok does not charge any additional fees on deposits.
• If suspicious payment activity is detected, jiliok may place a hold on deposits until the matter is verified.

Certain conditions must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are part of jiliok's commitment to security and fair play.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳ 500।
• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• VIP members enjoy priority access to faster withdrawals.

Jiliok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to the use of these offers.

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirements which is stated on the offers page.
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once and is available to new members only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• If bonus abuse or system exploitation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Jiliok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

When betting on jiliok, certain general rules must be followed. These rules ensure the fairness and transparency of the platform.

• Each game and sport has its own betting limits, which are displayed on the platform.
• Once a bet has been submitted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jiliok reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or manipulation of a sports event will be voided.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliok. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts under one person.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting to hack the system using software or other technological means.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.

Jiliok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances, without prior notice.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Jiliok strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, there are circumstances that may be beyond our control.

• Jiliok is not liable for any losses caused by internet outages, power failures, or third-party server errors.
• If a bet or game is interrupted due to a technical issue, jiliok will resolve it in accordance with its policy.
• Users are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming.
• Jiliok's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.
